Kerstal is an agri-foodstuff wholesale trader specialising in poultry and meat both in France and throughout Europe.
Since it was founded, Kerstal has established itself as a major player in the meat industry as a result of both its expertise and passion for the quality of its products, and the dedication and commitment of its staff.
Kerstal was founded in 2017 and, since then, the company has been able to adapt to meet the needs of its customers, in particular by offering a wide range of fresh and frozen meat along with a range of products stored at various temperatures for both the agri-foodstuff industry and the catering industry.
Our operations
We collaborate with numerous slaughterhouses in France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Ireland and Poland in order to source products that are the closest fit to customers’ and potential customers’ requirements and specifications.
We have a strong presence on the French and European market, and our reputation is well established thanks to our trust relationship with its partners, our commitments to respect and protect the environment, our supply chains and the quality of our products.

Our sales process

Customer requirements
We analyse product expectations, the industrial process and the finished product to be able to recommend the best raw material.

Sourcing of material
Supplier listing including implementation of data sheets by partners and follow-up of partners according to the HACCP process as described in the quality manual according to GFSI procedures.

Ordering
Following customer validation of a data sheet linked to one of our partners, we establish a purchase contract and a purchase order featuring a unique operation number allowing optimum traceability.
Logistics and transport

At the customer’s request, we arrange delivery through accredited carriers. We can also arrange partial deliveries and storage of products for our customers, in carefully selected storage units.
Completion of sale

Transfer of delivery documents, i.e. delivery note and invoice.
Partner map
Our partner map is updated quarterly, and shows in real time our suppliers from whom we source the best quality produce. The map also shows where our customers are located
